I purchased the pattern but can’t find it to download

Zero response,I purchased a pattern a bit less than 2 weeks ago and needed help with the download of a pattern so I send emails on all available email addresses, I even tried to contact them through Instagram and they have communications turned off. No response whatsoever till the day today. So they left me stranded with a purchase and no help in solving my problem, had to do a 2nd time purchase of the pattern. Due to that lack of service I can only reward them 1 star, never have I ever experienced such bad service. Very disappointed

Instructions are easy to follow, you can accomplish this as a beginner. I would recommend using a hook size down because it became a little heavy and looked ‘droopy’ so a smaller hook would have helped. But i know now for next time. 100% recommended :D

Used this pattern to creat a cardigan which happened to be my first crochet project. That being said, the pattern was easy to follow and the instructions were well written. I’d recommend this for beginner to advanced users.

I haven't done any crochet for years - and that was very basic. But I saw a granny square cardigan on the TV and decided that I wanted to make one. I did the class on making granny squares and now I've made 7. I am doing about 2 a day after work in front of the TV. It is fun thinking about which colors to use in each square. Highly recommended. I have Neon Black.
