Refund policy

What is your return window? We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All requests after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

How do I return my order? Please contact us at shop@theneonteaparty.com and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our HQ (return address provided upon return request), unless the item received was defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide you with a return label. Once items have been received and are deemed to be in sellable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method (for orders returned within 30 days) or provide store credit (for order returned after 30 days). You will receive an email confirming that your refund or store credit has been processed. 

What if my order was defective or incorrect? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@theneonteaparty.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if I would like to exchange an item? The best way to make an online exchange is to submit a return request for the item(s) you would like to send back (email us at shop@theneonteaparty.com), then make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be refunded once your original purchase is received.

Final Sale: Items in the "SALE" category are all Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund.
