Order Information and Concerns:

  • How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use the tracking number within UPS.com or the relevant carrier to track your package in real-time.
  • I need to change something on my order. How can I do that? Please email us as soon as possible at shop@theneonteaparty.com with your name, order number, and what you ordered. If we have not sent out your order yet, we will be able to make any adjustments. 


  • What are my payment options? We accept Credit Card and Paypal. We have also set up Shopify Pay for convenience. 
  • Can I place an order by phone? Yes, email us at shop@theneonteaparty.com and we will provide you with a number to call to place your order by phone.
