Order Information and Concerns:

  • How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use the tracking number within or the relevant carrier to track your package in real-time.
  • I need to change something on my order. How can I do that? Please email us as soon as possible at with your name, order number, and what you ordered. If we have not sent out your order yet, we will be able to make any adjustments. 


  • What are my payment options? We accept Credit Card and Paypal. We have also set up Shopify Pay for convenience. 
  • Can I place an order by phone? Yes, email us at and we will provide you with a number to call to place your order by phone.
