BASIC INFORMATION
WHAT: A cozy, crafty weekend away in a beautiful private home, set amongst the backdrop of the Catskill Mountains! See photo gallery in this listing for the weekend's Itinerary!
WHEN: Thursday, October 5th-Sunday, October 8th, 2023
WHERE: A vacation rental home in Marbletown, NY, 20 minutes from Woodstock! The exact address will be shared with registrants prior to the event.
WHO: TNTP CommuniTEA Members! All members MUST be 21+, as alcohol will be available on-site. The Neon Tea Party reserves the right to refund any registrants under the age of 21.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO
BED & HOUSING OPTIONS: Since we are staying in a house for the Retreat, there are a number of different bed and room options available. There is also an option to stay off-site (at a nearby hotel, etc) and join in for all meals and activities at the house, as well as off-site excursions.
OFF-SITE STAY: Five Off-Site slots are available. Those staying
off-site will be responsible for sourcing and booking their own sleeping
accommodations. (See list of nearby Hotels in this post!) Off-Site Guests will otherwise have full access to the Retreat meals and activities both on- and off-site during non-sleeping hours.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION:
ZOOM SCREENING: All registrants are subject to a friendly Zoom "screening" with the TNTP Staff, in order to ensure the safety and security of all Retreat guests. If this applies to you, you will receive an email within a day or two of your registration to schedule your Zoom. If you have had face time (virtual or in-person) with the TNTP Staff in recent memory, you will not be subject to the screening process. Failure to attend a requested Zoom screening will result in the cancellation of your registration and a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our CommuniTEA a safe place!
HOUSE RULES & SAFETY AGREEMENT: The safety of our CommuniTEA Members and care for our Venue are our top priorities. All registrants will be required to sign a House Rules & Safety Agreement, which will be sent out to registrants 1 week following registration. Failure to sign your Agreement will result in the cancellation of your registration and a full refund. Thank you for your understanding!
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life happens and plans change! In the event that you are no longer able to attend the Retreat after you have registered, here is our cancellation policy. Exact cancellation dates will be included in your Agreement.
On-Site Registration:
- Cancel by end of June for a full refund
- Cancel by end of July for a partial refund of $150
- No refund for cancellations in August and beyond
"Attendance-Only" (Off-Site) Registration:
- Cancel by end of July for a full $150 refund
- Cancel up to two weeks prior for a $100 refund
- No refund for cancellations within two weeks prior to the weekend
